1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This is because digital items cannot be returned like physical goods.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:
- Product Not Delivered: If you do not receive your digital product after a successful payment.
- Corrupt or Broken File: If the file is unusable and we cannot provide a working version.

3. Duplicate Purchase
